- Fees don't need to be paid immediately upon registration. The deadline for early or late fee, however, applies to the time of payment, not of registration. If you are submitting an abstract, once it is accepted, you have one week to pay the fee or enter the corresponding code in case you are receiving financial support. Failure to complete the registration in that way will result in your contribution being dismissed.

- Please note that to be able to submit an abstract to the conference, you must register as "author". If needed, you can  change your role once registered. To this end, once you have registered, you should edit your profile and click the role of "author" at the bottom of your profile page.
