Abstract
We study the existence of solutions to Boltzmann equations and the corresponding Fokker Planck equations obteined as the grazing limit, using Bressan's techniques in abstract spaces.
For kernels associated to opinion dynamic models, we prove the convergence to consensus using the Wasserstein distance, and characterize the time to consensus.
