An exponential relationship between external stimulus strength and cellular response, resembling Kramers' law for thermally activated barrier crossing, has been observed in various cell types. In this study, we model IP3R-mediated Ca2+ signaling, drawing on prior experimental findings to derive a scaling law that links the interpulse interval to the external stimulus strength.
