Water exhibits a number of thermodynamic, dynamic and structural anomalous behavior. Most of these anomalies are at the macroscopic and can be explained in the framework of the two length scales interactions. Here we present a number of new set of anomalies which appear at the nanoscale in which water violates the hydrodynamic equations. Even thought represented in another size we show that  these novel anomalies still can be understood within the two length scale concept.
